Ethics & Professional Standards
I. “Do You Pass the Ethics Test?” meets the quadrennial requirements of the National Association of REALTORS.This program is a mock hearing in front of a Professional Standards Hearing Panel. The audience (class participants) are broken into groups and serve as the decision makers as to determining whether the respondent(s) are in violations of the Code of Ethics based on the articles charged. They weigh the evidence and testimony, then we discuss their findings against the Code.

It is an insightful program that gets the participant’s juices flowing.

II. “Professional Standards Training” for Professional Standards Committees, Grievance Committees and Boards of Directors of local and state Association through the country.
The program is updated annually, as the Code of Ethics of NAR is updated annually.Depending on the size of your group and your local or state requirement, J.C. can be available for ˝ day or full day Professional Standards Update Programs.

III. Various Other 3 hour programs: In addition to the above programs, J.C. offers 7 additional three hour programs. All are approved for CE credits in Nevada and some may be adapted for other states. The seven approved programs in Nevada are listed below:

1..CE 3745 General: Getting your license caught in loan fraud. A program dealing with new laws, regulations and concerns of selling real estate in this climate

2. CE 3744000-RE Agency: Agency Law-It's Good Business. A program about disclosure and agency relationships

3. CE 3746000-RE Ethics: "Risk Reduction and Liability". A Program on liability issues in the real estate business, great for agents and brokers alike.

4. CE 3228000-RE Agency: Buyer Agency in Nevada: Assisting clients and use of the buyer agency contract.

5. CE 3402000-RE General Career Leverage with Technology. An overview of new technology and use of video on the net.

6. CE 3424000-RE Brokers: The Broker Class-Stuff Brokers got to know. a look at requirements and issues for brokers in today's business

7. CE 3428000-RE Contracts: Contracts and Responsibilities
